MizMoni, geboren als ein Kleinstadtmädchen, Tochter eines Universitätsprofessors und einer klassischen Sängerin, zeigte schon im Kindesalter ihr künstlerisches Talent, denn im frühen Alter von nur drei Jahren wurde sie ein erfolgreiches Kindermodell für Werbeproduktionen. Später im Alter von 18 Jahren war sie bereits durch ihre aussergewöhnliche Schönheit 3-fache Gewinnerin von Schönheitswettbewerben.

Im liebevollem Umfeld der lokalen Baptistkirche wurde ihr musikalisches Talent geformt. Dazu kam die tatkräftige Unterstützung ihrer Eltern, welche ihr die Ausbildung in vielen verschiedenen Sprachen-, Kunst-, und Musikrichtungen ermöglichten.

Eine der größten Jazz-Legenden, Wynton Marsalis, sagte einmal über sie : "MizMoni hat die Stimme eines Engels !"

2003 katapultierte der Underground-Hit "Keep on Swinging" MizMoni in die Dance Musik Szene. Mit ihrem Smash-Hit "Higher Love" Cambis ft. MizMoni landete sie ganz oben in den Dance-Charts und DJ-Playlists in Deutschland, Großbritannien, Frankreich und den USA.
Ihre bekannte und geschätzte professionelle Arbeitsweise ermöglichte ihr die Zusammenarbeit mit bekannten Künstlern wie

- Echogewinner Ayman ("Dieser Brie") und - Rhythm and Blues-Ikone Keith Sweat.

MizMoni kreierte auch das Video Konzept zum Musik-Video von "Dieser Brief" welches bei VIVA und MTV ausgestrahlt wurde.

Durch ihre phänomenale Stimme teilte sie die Bühne weiterhin mit Musikgrößen wie:

- Grammy Gewinner Wynton Marsalis mit dem Lincoln Center Jazz Orchester,

- Hip-Hop/Techno-Electro Legende Afrika Islam

- Rednex ,

- ATC und Orange Blue

MizMoni sah und hörte man u.a. in der Oper AIDA und den Musical-Shows wie:
