Taco was born in Djakarta, Indonesia, in 1955.
He spent his childhood years in the Netherlands, USA, Singapore, Luxembourg, Belgium and Germany. After graduation at the 'International Schools Of America' in Brussels, he went on to study interior design and drama. Lead roles in numerous school productions led onto the professional stage culminating in playing Chino in the 'West Side Story' at the Hamburg Opera House. Taco has since been writing and recording major releases and, when not singing with leading gala bands, touring with his hits worldwide.
